Emma Saltern appointed as our new Head of Financial Planning
We could not be happier to announce that Emma Saltern has been promoted to Head of Financial Planning here at SK, a position she held for many years during her time at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank.
The appointment marks the start of a new chapter for us, with a re-energised commitment to developing long-standing client relationships, to providing a best in class service and a strategic approach to making advances in what we offer.
When I spoke to Emma, she was keen to point out that this was a really exciting time to take on this new role. After 10 years here, she very much feels that the firm is now at a pivotal point in terms of our service offering and we are now able to provide the highest level of wealth management, which includes the distinguished concierge service. She sees her remit as making sure we carry on pushing boundaries in terms of the service we offer.
From my perspective, I know that Emma will do an incredible job of driving the direction of travel for financial planning at the firm. As a business, we focus first and foremost on relationships, which makes this an essential new role here at SK and Emma is the perfect person for the job – developing strong relationships with clients old and new is absolutely what she does best.
As Head of Financial Planning, Emma will also focus on ensuring we continue to be technically focused and are able to share the highest level of industry knowledge with our clients.
From a business perspective, this move allows us to have a more strategic focus on developing our services and working more efficiently as a team in the most beneficial way for clients. The team will continue to ensure that every client has access to the services and expertise they need, when they need it, with Emma adding the additional oversight required to make this happen.
Appointing Emma has the Head of Financial Planning is easily one of my most proudest moments at SK. It surpasses the day that Emma agreed to join us 10 years ago. Well done Emma!
